So considering that the number of parcels sent and received must have increased by at least tenfold .. how have the GPO managed to mess things up so bad ??

the number of letters being sent by post has dropped by billions. The world has gone paperless. Thats what they are proposing to reduce to 3 days a week. Parcels have always been treated differently
