Thank god the Costa is open 24 hours at the airport.
It usually takes a long time for me to fall asleep.

I had a 98 on my Garmin sleep score last night :smug: I've been working to improve my sleep recently, I generally sleep pretty well now but I do still often wake in the night and I sleep badly after drinking but that's to be expected

I'm an early bird, I'm almost always sparko by about 10.30 :laugh:

But if I can't sleep, I meditate. Nothing conscripted or standard, I do it lying down etc, and I have a projector which makes the ceiling look like the Northern Lights. Staring at them while "meditating" zonks me out pretty good.

As soon as my head hits the pillow, I am out like a light. But usually I wake up about an hour later, and then go back to sleep.:hee:

Sometimes I awake at 1am and can't get back to sleep until about 4.30am, till 6am.

I know someone who can sleep a whole 12 hours without waking. That would terrify me. It's like a coma.:shocked:

I like waking up now and again. Reassures me I am not dead yet. :p :D

I've had a very long day. The hotel cancelled my booking after I got here.
They did eventually give me another room, which was cheaper.
But that's not the way to treat your customers. I won't be back in this guest house.
I'm having a bit of a rest, then I'll go out later.
