Has anyone applied for this year's series yet or heard back? I haven't sent my application yet but I applied quite late last year got through to the Zoom call stage last year and was wondering if anyone has heard back from this series

I'm thinking of applying, but I'd have unrealistic demands - I'd want a separate sleeping space, and be able to bathe/shower off camera
These are for medical reasons, but more preference than necessity, so they wouldn't have to bow to it. They'd probably only do that for an HM they rreeeaaaaaally wanted tbh, and I don't know if I'd be that person - and not knowing that is why ai shouldn't apply!

If you were going in the celeb BB then those requests would be accepted . Remember when Ann Widecombe got her own bathroom & LaToya Jackson got a separate bedroom.

Well I'd better become famous then  I think Katie Hopkins had her own room too? Because her epilepsy was severe at that point.

I know some civis have had allowances made - Nick and/or Joel had their clothes dry cleaned, and I could swear someone else had a separate bed too...

I guess if I put it in the application somewhere, they can either bear it in mind if they like me, or just shoot me right down

Tbh I think it's unfair that only celebrities get privacy when using the toilet/ bathroom . I use to think cameras were there for their safety in case anything happened. But clearly not if celebrities can get all the privacy and blind spots they like.

Why was someone allowed to get their clothes dry cleaned in a civi version?. Hmm I still think producers favour certain housemates.

Obviously if someone has a disability or needs additional stuff for medical conditions then that's different. Kerry got a special bed in BB20 which is understandable .

They do not have special bedrooms
on the normal big brother.

There are so many applying

any asking for a separate bedroom
unless they are drop-dead gorgeous
No chance

They only allow that on CBB.

…I thought they made specific requirement provisions for Kerry Riches in the last one with her Multiple Sclerosis…?…otherwise it isn’t inclusivity, which wouldn’t be great…list your needs/requirements and out it to them, Oliver…just don’t try it in for the fresh fluffy towels every day…

I couldn't share a bedroom. I need my own space.

Yeah Kerry had a special bed & there was a lift & disabled shower for both her & Dylan to use . Medical conditions & disabilities will be listened to . Otherwise I can't see producers given anyone special treatment unless favouritism re: the civilian versions.

me as a big brother contestant i'd be so cringe :joker:

Captain Nick would be my nickname, for my leadership role in the house

some rules for me

1) no arguing
2) no gossiping
3) no sleeping during daytime

i'd be perfect for a duo's twist tbh (as long as i am paired with a sexy young female :D)

it all depends if the production also think you have potential to be a good housemate

depends on what makes great entertainment

i think someone who can put on his/her best poker face and able to lie whenever necessary for the game, that makes a great contestant

i mean we shouldn't all have those ''family vibes, friendship for life'' type of bubblegum sweet housemates, that'll become boring within no time
