What can you drink that's in a can that doesnt make you fat?

I've decided to stop drinking alcohol, and my tipple was 4 cans of lager per night..well I won 3.5g 2 weeks ago and have used some of it to join the local golf club, bit I'm struggling to swing past my winter beer belly.

So is there a drink out there that isnt fattening but is also as satisfying as cranking open a cold can of lager.

Well good for you….I replaced my gin and tonic with Diet Coke and enjoy it so much more…but as Jax said you will soon lose your beer belly with walking around the golf course..

There's some good non alcoholic beers these days which are pretty low in calories. Would recommend Freedamm or Lucky Saint

As MTVN says try no alcohol beer or some low cal drinks like zero tonic water with ice is refreshing, you can also get a lime tonic water which is lovely

We get these cans of pop called Tropical Blast, think they’re from Aldi, and they’re so tasty but zero sugar and only about 9 calories a can. Can’t go wrong!

He had a few sips and boaked - iv told him before his palate is not ready for spirits or wine so don't fight it.

Being in the stadium at 10 am having pints and bacon rolls is a uniquely Scottish affair and everyone was partaking without batting an eyelid
