Rewatch it here. When I saw it on the highlights I actually thought Gerry threw the water first, but having seen it again it was obvious it was Charley.

I see this as another planned thing Charley has seen on BB and has been waiting for a chance to put it into action. She thinks it will get her in the papers, that’s all she is in there for. It is clear she thinks she is the only character in the house and all the papers are about her, which is her real reason she hates Chanelle and Ziggy. As that messed up her chance for more attention.

I wonder if she still thinks she can win?
