Aw it's such a nightmare. Last night the cancelled the gig as people were already in the arena because part of the air conditioning fell from the ceiling. Some heads are rolling somewhere

You can get a refund
from the Venue.

But all those who have booked a hotel
and EU travel gets nothing refunded.

Any in an Official Package can get a full refund

The new one is right next door to City's ground at Eastlands. Trams stop outside
