i think there is a lot of posturing going on but the reality is that there are only 2 or 3 clubs that will actually follow through with their ambitions

United are completely stuffed by FFP because they made an enormous loss in 2021, so they have to sell players before they can do any business and the current players are all paid way to much so it's not an attractive scenario for them to move on

There will be a few big name transfers, but i bet the overall transfer spend drops like a stone across the league compared to previous seasons

i do think Jasper Dahlhaus is a good replacement for Inigo Cordoba for the left winger position, Dahlhaus did fabulously at FC Eindhoven in the KKD (dutch first division) 116 games in total, 30 goals and 40+ assists, whereas i found Cordoba kinda mediocre most of the time, with a few good moments


Ante Erceg idk him, but its good to have one more croatian onboard, for Halilovic and some reinforcement up front was very necessary



we need a replacement for Siovas next tbh, so hopefully another cheap veteran central defender somewhere



do think the coaching trio of Buijs/Poldervaart/Boessen will work excellently as well, and with Boessen's addition i can see us using more own youth product maybe :think:

i would approach Boy Waterman as second goalkeeper, he is available after his contract expired at PSV, okay 40 yrs old, but still he has plenty of experience and would be a useful cup goalie i think

Erceg is a good backup for Sierhuis and a good pinchhitter/supersub maybe


oh yeah we still have Kristoffer Peterson too, he's becoming good at penalties, also useful to know since we had a penalty curse last year and the year before :joker:

That Yoro is a weird looking dude. The layoff, might give him time to build up his upper body strength a bit.
