It says on the official site that Charley was evicted with 75.8%. Arneldo did the math to find out Nicky's percentage.

You can never tell with the British public they are a strange lot. After all they voted Nikki back in the house last year and Anthony to win BB6.

Just means more people thought Charley would make good tv with the fake eviction. Saying that, I'd expect a similar result if it was a real eviction. More people would pick up the phone for Charley, she's a bigger character.

I'm not sure about 'Her being really hated'. I voted her to go for the fake eviction, because I knew Chanelle's face would be a picture. Nicky, Tracey & Ziggy are less popular with the bookie's then Charley.
