Hi Kate here. I'm running for Tibb Prime Minister against Cherie and Mystic Mock.

Please take the time to read all our threads including policies.

Our lovely voting panel would welcome anyone else who'd like to cast votes. There'll also be a forum poll.

We will introduce a Sin Bin thread, only it will actually be called the Sin Skip as a bin is not big enough. Anyone not being positive will be named, shamed and pelted with mouldy cabbage, and forced to sing If you're happy and you know it.

We will implement a new chat thread which shall be called The Spa. It'll be a chill out zone where you can escape the stresses of Serious Debates and eat grapes. No serious topics allowed, just a politics and news free zone. I shall be posting a joke of the day, every day.

In conjuction with James a new subforum called Jackanory with James shall be added. Each day a new story will be posted in its own thread and comments invited. Tales of Tibb Towers? Maybe.

Fines will be administered in Tibb currency, the bigger the pic the bigger the fine.

Also the culprits will have to do lines, and copy and paste will not be acceptable

We will give forum members more control. They will be able to delete their accounts or freeze them and reinstate them if required. Like Facebook.

Once a month, on the first, we shall implement a minutes silence, ie no posting for 60 seconds, in memory of those Tibbers who have passed to the other side. They will live on in our memories.

The Madness Test.

All current and potential new members on a probationary period will be assessed by a panel of experts, James, Niamh, MTVN and Arista. All of these are bat fink crazy and know what to look for. I wasn't going to include James but recent events have proved he's as loopy (and Jolly) as it gets.

Now this assessment will be rated on a scale of a 1 to ten, so loopiness is essential. Anyone found to be normal, ie 1 or 2 points will be banned. Anything above a 2 is acceptable. Any tens will be given their own private suite at Tibb Towers. With a bathroom.
