No-one can know 100% but i don't think Biden takes special pills before doing a speech.

People don't seem to grasp what old age is. If you have serious mental decline, you can't take a pill that will correct it for a couple of hours. They would either be on them permanently or not at all. Sure, a vitamin injection or whatever, may give them a bit more energy, but they will still have the same mental capacity

Biden is elderly and it shows. He has a speech impediment that makes it sound like he is mumbling, which has got a bit worse over the last 4 years

Trump does have dementia, he cant say the right word, so he makes one up that he thinks fits, he completely misses out words sometimes and then other times his brain is going off in one direction like immigrants coming from mexican mental hospitals, and he switches to hannibal lecter and thinks it's a real person
