What's the deal with Ziggy and Charley?

He seems to get along well with Charley until Channelle gets involved. Is his relationship with Charley completely influenced by Channelle's relationship with her?

He does get on along ok with her now they both say down and actually talked. I think he feels awkward chatting to Charley because Chanelle accuses him of so much so either way he cannot win. Chanelle is bringing him down big time and he cannot have any fun with her nagging him in the house. Even though they have broken up she still flys off the handle and makes small things into huge things she is pathetic.
