To be honest, it was a toss up for me whether it was joke or the result of predictive text.
i don't know if they still have folk hanging on to the outside of trains, but safety has never been a top priority

I remember seeing a building site in India and they were all wearing flip flops. I've called them Indian safety boots ever since

my favourite health and safety thing from India is that every motorbike rider has to wear a helmet but the passengers dont. so you see motorbikes with 4 to 5 people on them and only driver is wearing a helmet.
