The mens team did well.

I would agree with you on that tbf.

But the women's team have a trophy to show for it, so in terms of achievement they have done really well imo.

And I know that the women's game isn't at the same standards as the men's, but you have to judge every team by how they're doing at their own level, it's the fairest way of doing it imo.

But we all know that Biologically speaking that men will have an advantage in Football (and most Sports.)

My point being that one team won a trophy, whilst the other didn't.

It'd be like comparing Sheffield Utd hypothetically winning the Championship this season and dismissing it because they're weaker than the Premier League teams.

Or dismissing Women's Tennis Grand Slam champions because they aren't able to beat the men.

It's always fair to judge competitors based on their level, because nobody compares a Bantamweight to a Heavyweight in Boxing, we just respect the athletes being really good at their respective weight that they're at.

You make some fair points though I’d expect a top country’s full international team to beat a team of year 10 school boys !!

If nothing else they should have been able to have been able to dominate possession and not let the ‘children’ have a touch of the ball .

I think he doesn't like Grealish.

I remember in the last Euros that he barely played him, and that was with a lot of fans kicking and screaming for him to play.

I don't know why he wouldn't like him Mock we know his family and I assure you Jack is a really nice guy and about to be a daddy,he was gutted he wasn't chosen as he lives football, I am a bit biased but I do think the games would have been different had Jack been chosen,he is well liked by his fellow players aswell, wrong decision by Southgate many think.:wavey:

I get what you're saying, but there are some boys around the ages 15-16 that are so good that they're in the men's squads at certain clubs.

I don't know if Southgate dislikes Grealish as a person or not.

But I think that Southgate has an issue with Grealish's playing style.
