View Full Version : A simple question for the modern day TIBB member
Asked before, yes obviously.
But, do you believe in Karma?
Nobody mention chameleons please, cause that will have been done before as well.

I'm gonna say sort of
.
I don't have a particular opinion about karma itself, but I do "believe in" things tangentally related to it.
…no I don’t believe in karma at all…I think that sometimes things/events happen and it feels like some kind of balance to a previous event or occurrence, maybe…?…so our thoughts take note of that because we’ve made our own connection in our heads or hearts…but there will probably be more times that there is no connection to make to think of as karma…in a perfect world there would always be ‘justice’ for an evil action…but that I think is the most that exists…justice/not karma…

Yes.
What goes around comes around.
I don’t think that everything thing you do will attract karma, but if you constantly do bad things it will come and bite you on the ass.

In a mystical sense no, but in a practical sense yes. If you do something good that at the time seems like it has "no inherent reward" - you just do it because it seems like a good/kind thing to do - you'll often find that somewhere down the line it does actually "pay".
Or in a workplace for example, gain a reputation as a friendly/helpful co-worker and you'll find that other people are MUCH more likely to be responsive/helpful when you need the same. And vice versa.
So in that sense yes.

You are young
You are young
……we are all young…
…I always thought that karma was more about reincarnation beliefs and things/deeds/actions etc that would impact and mould a potential future life…if someone did something evil in a lifetime then their next lifetime would reflect that in its circumstance and environment…

So in that sense yes.Yeah, in a "you reap what you sow" kind of a way, not in a mystical way
