What they don't tell you is that you can only watch Netflix on your TV and that if you watch on any other devices you will be charged more :skull:

I don't watch Netflix. I have plenty of channels.
I have others sites to use if I want to watch something different.

Ooops - is that right? I was sorting my Dad's Virgin out and he got the free Netflix which he would never watch so I logged it on Matthew's phone and he has been hammering it

Guess I'm going to owe my Dad an apology......and money

You might be okay as its just the one device Annie, and as long as he doesn't log in anywhere else not sure to be honest

Yes but only if you pay for the top deal

And you need the Virgin TV 360 Box

[Biggest Combo and Mega Volt bundles already
include Netflix in Full HD. No faffing around with
a separate subscription – it's all combined
for one easy bill payment.]

As you are paying so much £90 a month
no wonder it is free

I have Sky and Virgin
but the Virgin is not that much.

Netflix are mediocre overrated crap though

i'm happier now with my combination of Disney+, HBO Max, SkyShowtime, and we are saving 5 euros, ditching Netflix in favor for HBO Max

we have Videoland (dutch streaming service) for some of our reality tv competition shows though, just to watch them later on without annoying ad breaks

i really don't get why Netflix has so many subscribers like over 200 million :conf: is people's general taste really that basic? when Disney, HBO Max offer more variation in actual films, series content, and they too have reality content but tbh just as a addition, while it seems Netflix is focussing on reality content more and keeps being mediocre on films and series and also removing quality film content every 3 weeks

We have more or less everything

Though we only pay £4.99 for Disney and get 30 seconds of ads before each movie

Virgin media are the worse at hiding the best packages or only make them available to limited customers.

I renewed my TV and internet the other day and I now think I could have got a better package if I'd searched a little more.

You have 14 days cooling off so if still within that go back to them

You have 14 days cooling off so if still within that go back to themI might but, looking into it, the package I want would be considerably more and I'm not sure I want the extra channels. I might renew my Netflix - haven't had it since early 2022 - just for Stranger Things and Better Call Saul.

I might actually ditch them altogether for TV and go for a dodgy Firestick

On the subject of dodgy firesticks does anyone have any recommendations :joker:

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk ProTrue but I think I'll weigh up my options in a few months. While I've been on here I've renewed and got my current package for cheaper. The extra channels were too expensive so I might use the firestick now and again.

Virgin Media has always been utter trash.
