"The Government have gone rogue...unfortunately this is what it's come to.
We're here representing ourselves because we have no other choice."

An Irish village of 165 inhabitants is set to receive 280 asylum seekers. Now
locals want an injunction against the State to stop this.

Is the EU driving this?

Send them back. You have no idea who you're letting in. Could be good people, but could also be criminals in there.

They're not coming for a better life. Government needs to wake up and smell the coffee.

There's going to be more Asylum Seekers living in that village than the original inhabitants.

That's going to culture shock any area, but a Village will not be prepared for that.

Plus isn't there a big enough housing crisis as it is in Ireland?..
So how is putting 280 people in a small village going to help , I don't understand the government...it seems they choose the areas where there's less resources & less money aswell.

Surely the people in that village have the grounds for a massive lawsuit against the government? For ruining quality of life, property value...

The EU needs to start checking in those people. We have no idea who we're letting in.

There is no comparison with housing Ukranians, they came under different rules, they were mostly women and children and were allowed to work, nobody seems to care about the well being of 280 males with no access to work and nothing to do, no body seems to care about their future as they are just left to their own devices, they have given up on integration it seems, just farm them out to rural Ireland and let the locals deal with it, but there are some who are raking in tax payer money like its going out of fashion, like the man said in the video house them in Dublin 4 then see how you go

I hope people boycott all hotels that have profited from this.

Its all too late we have let hundreds of thousands in ( that we know about)
… we are susceptible to any kind of attacks / violence as there are so many of them distributed conveniently all over the country

It could start with low level attacks/thieving / abusing innocent individuals as nobody will rush to their aid

They should at least keep an eye on the ones who are causing trouble.
They shouldn't be allowed to commit crimes like this.
