Of course it is, without proper stop and search powers what do you expect. The kids know the law inside out die to tik tok and youtube videos of auditing, and would use it to their advantage if stopped. So the policies hands are tied, and I cant see this government willing to admit they maybe got it wrong when opposing it as racist for years when the tories were in power.
