Twins = FAKE

The Twins are sooooo FAKE, they are playing up to this whole innocence 5 year old persona and some of the viewers are actually buying it...

Reason 1: The twins are 19 year old girls and the majority of 19 year old girls do NOT act like that...since there is such a thing known as maturity.

Reason 2: The twins are both students in a university and the fact that they cannot identify between a bird and a moth is a bit puzzling...unless they are playing up for the cams...also they were in the middle of the IQ range out of all the housemates...so it obvious that they are playing this whole "clueless" act.


Reason 3: The Twins have copied their little "acts" from Bring It On and Mean Girls to be entertaining but the fact is that they cant even be their own person so they have to become a different person i.e the girls from mean girls or the cheerleaders from bring it on.


Reason 4: The twins are obviously steering clear from having real conversations with other housemates in the house...not once have they had a decent conversation with a housemate in the house..and when they talk to other housemates they use this babyish tone but in the diary room there tone changes. Hmmm..why would the twins steer clear from having real conversations...would it take their whole innocent, 5 year old, friendly, Girly, Pink persona away...? :cheer:

i think the stupidity is ott but i think they are just 19 year old just having fun. i havent been fooled because im a good judge of character, you also have to remember that BB edit tapes and can easily shape housmates into what they want. i think brian is playing the stupidity ott as well but he is going alot further than the twins come on going to school and not knowing who shakespeare is that is a lie i have left school and know the year he was born because its drilled into our heads so much he mus know who he is.

I thought that! When the twins first came in I thought they sounded as if they've come straight out of Clueless. But since then they've toned down the "Pink" "Do u love it"-scream-fest. I think if they had kept it up they wouldnt be as popular as they are now.

I just think They watch too much of 'The Simple Life', everything that the twins say, Paris Hilton says in that tv show. I swear, watch that tv show and then come and tell Me that the twins aren't acting!!

They are using their cute twin image to their advantage. Everyone in there uses some sort of a gimmick. If they dont people call them boring. THey call Gerry, Carole, Tracy, Liam, Nicky as boring, because they dont use any gimmicks. But everyone else does Charley(over the top, and Nicky imitations, Chanelle(posh spice, 5 year old, and nikki imitation), Brian (dumb act), Ziggy(just plain game playing), ans the twins.

I understand that, I am just saying that loads of people that go on Big Brother, act fake abit. I think they are just more consistant, as in they dont drop it. Thjey have done it for almost 2 months, so thats pretty impressive. I personally prefer Sam to Amanda especially because she seems to get away from the Gimmicks a bit more than her sister. But thats her downfall when it comes to the public. People prefer Amanda because she is more over the top, and less real. So I guess the people like it!

Yeah ok so the twins do the american chick flick role but SO WHAT! they are havin fun and at least there act doesnt involve bein nasty or bitchin behind peoples backs unlike every other housemate.

They might be playin a role but it is a cute, funny and endearin role which causes no offence or harm to anyone so if they wanna do it so be it

I say stuff from films ALL the time.

Looking at Sams Bebo page, and all her pics the girls are genuinly like this.

I'm not sure "buying it" is the right term to use. After all, you're just posting a personal theory, so the term is rather patronising.

1. If you think that people are universally mature at 19, then I can only presume that you've not come into contact with many people of that age. Sure, many will be in further education or employment, which requires a level of responsibility. Some may be mature at that age, others may not. But they're still teenagers, and the term exists for a reason.

2. The bird/moth incident is hardly conclusive of anything, is it? Lots of people are frightened by anything with wings, and irrational behaviour and/or statements are the norm in such situations. IQ is not a measure of intelligence.

3. If that were the case, then surely they should be acting 'mean'? They've got a bunch of catchphrases from films and tv shows. Hardly something which sets them apart from millions of others.

4. I can't say that I've noticed a heck of a lot of in-depth conversation in the house, really. And I certainly haven't seen them fleeing for their lives whenever there's a serious discussion in progress, either. That said, there are plenty of people who avoid confrontation at all costs. They're not duty-bound to be argumentative, just because they've been selected for BB. However, they play as much a part in most things as any of the other hm's, if you watch the live feed. Still, damn them for being young, carefree and just wanting to have fun, huh?

They're not fake at all, and nobody has been 'fooled'.
