There's a few on YT, like someone else mentioned, that are either the real deal or very close recreations/excepts.

I do, however, have the full track for when HMs are being evicted from the house mainly used in the C4 era if anyone's interested!

What would be the best way to share with everyone? Baring in mind I managed to get this directly from someone working there by just asking so I'm not sure if I upload to YT for instance, it would get taken down?

OK I'll try that! re the 2018 mix...I unfortunately don't buuut if you follow this link, the company that done the graphics for CBB that year has a showreel that has the cleanest excerpt of that track I've come across!

Does anyone have the music that plays during BB:L&L’s interview episode during Tom and Jenkin’s eviction? It’s the 2004-2018 credits theme remixed to the 2023 theme. It plays when AJ is telling viewers how to vote to save the remaining housemates.

the drum and bass underscore is a literal nightmare to find! I've done a remake but it's not great, I'll share that too :laugh:

Haha tell me abt it! Thought the same of the eviction music....perhaps it's worth a try reaching out to one of the sound engineers, it's how I acquired this track...I just asked and said I was making a podcast on live TV sound design and they took the bait! Amazing when you apply "don't ask, don't get" haha

:laugh: when did you get the tension track? about the full music package, the way I found that there were 64 tracks is because one file I found that was directly from the music package had the number of tracks from the album in the metadata! on Mac all you need to do is right click on the file and press get info, this is exactly what I found:
Title: Track 53
Duration: 00:38
Audio channels: Stereo
Sample rate: 44.1 kHz
Album: Big Brother 2004 Music Package

And I have 3 of the tension beds from BB4, the eviction results tension from BB19 and CBB22, the pulsing tension from BB16, the underscore used from BB11/UBB to BB19, and the break bumper currently used for the show (that is also used as the ending on the YouTube videos).

Wish we were able to have the full version of the tension music that played from BB5 to BB10 when Davina would do her opening lines.

:laugh: when did you get the tension track? about the full music package, the way I found that there were 64 tracks is because one file I found that was directly from the music package had the number of tracks from the album in the metadata! on Mac all you need to do is right click on the file and press get info, this is exactly what I found:

I managed to get the tension track "referred to as tension grams in live script apparently" by reaching out to Paul Osbourne who then reffered me to a Peter Vasey. Think he worked on BB19 in the sound department? Anyways that was circa 2021, so was probably inclined to send it over as the show was in hiatus.

I think ITV plays its twice. Once when announcing the evictee, and then again when they're leaving. I figured that out when watching Farida and Zac's evictions last year.

Nah I double checked, only when they're announcing....tbh they need to bring back the dramatic countdown, the music, and show them from behind the actual front doors, it creates atmosphere but just feels rushed smh.

imo he was used the right amount last series and narration has been quite natural. Last few C5 series they had him doing TOO much

Looks like the first link doesn’t have anything available to buy. The second one has one copy available. Thought these would’ve been digital downloads.

It’s wild to me after all these years that the tracks aren’t available and neither are the original copies of episodes (not what’s on YT). There must be original recordings somewhere collecting dust on a shelf.

I’ve been looking for the full package from 2000.
There was a cd on discgogs that had all the versions of the theme. It was over 20 tracks.
This cd has never released to the public.
Only editors and producers at Channel 4 had this cd.
I’m looking for the tv opening titles mix that channel 4 used in 2000.
It sounds similar to the vocal mix version from the cd single but without the lyrics.
And do you know if there is a longer extended version to the vocal mix version that’s from the cd single?
Because it says Radio Edit.
So I think there must be a full version of it.
