In Yemen there is no minimum age if its with parental consent. This will usually be a business deal with the family of the bride gaining some reward.


Also, Afghanistan and Sudan have the age of puberty with family consent.. The Personal Status Law of Muslims, 1991, allows the marriage of a girl from puberty.
