Boil until just cooked, drain well. Pop in a large fry pan or wok, add butter and scorch it, add mint sauce a minute or so before it’s cooked.
Delicious. We have done this with sprouts for years then decided we would give cabbage a go.
Savoy cabbage is best.

I had stuffed mushrooms, I used a vegan version of a Portuguese sausage called "alheira" as the filling, white rice and salad (lettuce, tomato onion). Was a very nice meal.
