Not yet, we'll resist as long as possible. It's supposed to be quite warm next week.

My big towel rail is always on in the morning and I have a wall radiator in hall that is always on at a low heat but no heating on as such

I am wearing shirt and jumper now and not a polo shirt

For an hour this morning bc I’ve started working from home and the office was freezing. We’ve not had it on this evening though.

No, ours isn't working :worry: need to get someone out to look at the boiler before it gets too cold

have you checked the AA battery in the thermostat? The thermostat is wired, it's an oil boiler, Gav tried to get it going by bleeding it but it fires up and then cuts out after a few seconds so unfortunately we'll have to pay someone to look at it

Buffy (our Cat) started demanding for it to go on with her staredowns and taking us to where we turn the heating on.

So the answer is yes.:joker:

No, I always try to wait until October as we don't "restrict use" once it's on so we absolutely churn through gas from the beginning of March to the end of April - it's nice to have the full 5 months over summer where we use basically none at all.

It was touch-and-go a couple of weeks ago though, it got quite cold. And then it was like 22 degrees for a few days - absolutely bizarre.
