I love Resident Evil and Dino Crisis, but something about Silent Hill "scares" me more, there's something visceral and creepy about that "world" and the monsters by which it's inhabited ...

Like I did with Last of Us, I'll probably watch a "movie edit" type playthrough :joker:

The original Silent Hill was an amazing game.

I played it before the internet and had to call up a radio station for people to send in the answer to a certain part of the game.

I was stook on this part (can't remember which bit now, but very deep into the game) for about 2 days. I just thought, I'm gonna put a message out on the radio.

Nice :D

On Radio2 there's a thing where people can send voicenotes of themselves humming or laalaa-ing bits of songs they sort of remember but can't place, and there's not enough to google, so they play the voicenotes and people can call in.

Also when it was May 10 2010 I was really excited because it was Dino Crisis 2 day, but no-one cared

Was it the piano puzzle? I got stuck on that for days, I still don't quite get it now xD

I get that xD Though for me, the fear has kinda gone from most horror games, as I played the heck out of the SH games xD

I'd love to play that original game again.

I do have a game for my PS5 called "Tormented souls" which is said to be a similar type of game. I haven't started it yet. I'm waiting for the cold winters nights to start to play it. Probably around mid November.

Do you ever play ROMs?

It's a shame about Angela being replaced.

I am looking forward to the Game coming out though.

I don't know how they managed it, but Bloober have made a genuinely terrifying Silent Hill
