I went to school in Bury :amazed:
Look out for my Dad, he's gone to Bury market this morning :laugh: You should have a walk round the market.....its world famous (lol) for the black pudding:yuk:

The East Lancs Railway is lovely....I always used to take Matthew on the Santa Express every Christmas, it was magical

as in, St Edmund's ?

…BSE having been my local town for many years…(…not anymore as I’ve just moved…)…that’s always my first thought as well when someone says Bury…the locals tend to say BSE as opposed to Bury, I’m just not a local as such…

It is pronounced Bury if you are from there or nearby......lots of people call it Burry though and it pisses me off :laugh:
