This will happen more and more , they release sicko's ...then they wonder why they re offend :bored: . It's like a simpleton moment of "oh dear how can this be " , as if somehow a violent rapist or killer will automatically behave himself once he's out .

Exactly Joey, why would they even think that someone like him could rehabilitate in the first place? It's crazy to me.
…it’s a huge crisis, we can’t have any faith in a justice system and prison sentencing time if those offenders are then going to be deemed to be eligible for a different/shorter sentence…any faith there is in a justice system which already has offenders serving around a half of their sentence given, will be lost…
