Jamie Theakston diagnosed with cancer

Jamie Theakston has revealed he has cancer. The presenter broke the news to fans on his Instagram, telling them "I have cancer but cancer doesn't have me."

The 53-year-old, who presents a show on Heart Radio alongside Amanda Holden, told fans in the post: " "Hi folks, as you know - I recently had an operation to remove a lesion from my vocal chords. Until then, I've been told to give my voice a rest and leave you in the mostly capable hands of JK and Amanda.
