Oh it has to be the right one. Add into a nice gin with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Get a nice slightly floral and sharp taste. Not a flavoured gin though.

…flavoured gin is nice as well if you flavour/infuse it yourself…I used to do that wuite a bit during COVID times when I discovered alcohol and its medicinal benefits…rhubarb gin is a lovely one…

There's a few more old ruins in the garden too so I'm looking forward to doing something with those too. It's been a lot of fun, I reckon I've learned more stuff in the last 2 years then all the rest of my life [emoji23]
