Every nominee gets called to the Diary Room to be briefed before their eviction. Just because the woman said "its gonna b the bets thing ever" etc. it doesn't mean she knew what was happening or was tipped off of BB. I'm sure even if she was going to be evicted normally BB would have told her the same thing.
