This was a really interesting discussion, and it was great to see two people of different faiths coming together and recognising how similar they are. He had a great conversation on a similar theme with Khaled the other night.

Yet again, I agree with your opinion on Segun. He does seem like a very genuine, thoughtful and open-minded guy. He’s very good with people, and seems able to connect with them, as he is truly interested in their experiences, stories and views.. I see a great deal of positive in him. His emotional intelligence is a credit to him.

I hate these kinds of arguments. They border on emotional manipulation. We can't argue about how another person feels. People can feel lots of ways. Once I say "I feel like you murdered my soul by disagreeing with me just then"... that's an impossible hill to climb. How can there be anything but an impasse? Can someone explain to Daze please you don't put yourself across well by starting off every sentence with "I feel" "But I feel like" "But I really feel like"... you have to start somewhere where people can disagree with you and not be put in the awkward position to argue with your feelings... because nobody can tell you how to feel about something. It's too personal, so of course you're going to get your feelings hurt because then people are stuck in the unfortunate position of having to argue whether your feelings are real or not (thus legitimate)... only we can know that... so argue from a place where people can actually understand what you're saying...
