ugghhh I don't know, she's not done anything bad but I don't get a great vibe from her at all, I feel like she has a specific character in mind that she wanted to be in the house and she will get annoyed if someone else takes that role. I know that's a bit of a wild judgment to make based on not much but it's the feeling I get, I saw it a little bit last night when Lily was upset, I felt like she might have been a bit put out when Ali started comforting her :laugh:

I really wanted to like Kerry last season despite some of the same reasons that some are giving here, but so far Martha doesn't really bother me that much. Yeah I'm getting the same vibes ,I'm hoping I'm wrong...but yeah . But the funny weird thing with Kerry is she came across really well ,when she got evicted through the back door,I even felt a bit sorry for her . But whilst she was in the house..she was a bit grating.

Actually and I wouldn't usually find this funny.

However I was really enjoying the launch night and in a dafter mood, then when Martha went in, arista said she was tubby Martha.
Now everytime I see her I think of arista saying that.
That's my ONLY thinking of her up to now unfortunately.

Daze seems like a nice person imo, I just don't necessarily always agree with her views on Politics, which is normal.

I am concerned about how entertaining people like Thomas, Khalid, and Izaaz might not end up being by the end of the series.

But Marcello personally just makes it hard for me to watch the segments he is in.

I wasn’t entirely sure at the start, but I’m definitely liking her more as time goes by. To me, she comes across as pretty genuine. I can see a physical resemblance between Martha and Kerry, but I certainly don’t feel her character is anything like Kerry’s, who to me was unbearable! I’m definitely not seeing the negatives many are at the moment.

Me too...I thought she was going to be a bit gossipy but I seem to have been proven wrong. I thought she was going to tell Dean what Ali had said about him.
But she is like Lilys older sister..likes sweets/cakes and Nando's and gets a little over excited. She really doesn't do much.

I've seen a few times, say when people go off for a chat in the corridor, she follows, and it's almost like her body veers towards the conversation. It's not like she can't see. She was a bit down last night thinking Sarah and BP went to her first in their secret mission because they viewed her as the biggest gossip but, let's face it, it took her about 5 seconds to spill the beans. I wouldn’t confide in her. Yeah she's pleasant enough but I wouldn't want to have a conversation with her that involved any kind of trust.

I always had a feeling she'd turn into a big gossip, and she's being quite bitchy with Ali. Both her & Ali have more in common than i thought, they both ruined the secret mission. Have they not watched BB before..... they could have gone along with it , we all know it was a crap secret mission... but they could have still played along.

She's not terrible, even her negatives can be endearing. She definitely wants to be liked. She came in trying to portray this Mother Bear image but have only seen her really enabling others. She needs a bit more self-nurturing and to not always be so quick to join the pack. She can have an opinion without other people to gossip with/soundbard to. I think her personality is quite large actually but being completely absorbed by others around her because she allows herself to be floated around too easily between friend groups with the ebb and flow of house drama. She doesn't ever really make her mark. I can see her being very charming, but can also see her being highly jealous and possessive. Ali and Lily have a terrible influence on her but that is more her doing in being content to people please. But by herself she seems a good person with very relatable characteristics.

…yeah, I agree with all of this…I think that Martha is sadly is someone who feels a bit ‘invisible’ in comparison to others and there are obviously always some big characters in the house and I think that Martha struggles maybe and gets a or feels a bit lost…she isn’t quite considered someone’s ‘bestie’, she isn’t quite the co former or maternal figure…she isn’t quite that one that people find a natural connection with and etc…she was obviously ‘the one’ that Khaled chose as that least connection with, with the nomination as well…and she’s the one chosen as the biggest gossip….none of that very complimentary obviously and all of it a bit…yeah, but not Martha-ish…(I think…)…as well that maybe one of the ironies is that the reason that she does run off and gossip etc or gravitate toward gossip could be that it helps her feel some kind of attention of being that person who has that big reveal information that everyone wants to hear …all gather around Martha/type thing…if that makes sense…and for that moment of gossip reveal, she becomes a focus of the group, which is not something that tends to naturally happen…I’m not sure, I’m just pondering it…

…I feel as though the ‘bestie’ thing with Sarah/the comment she made was more a reveal of how she would like it to be, rather than what it is…Martha didn’t get chosen as a pairing to Sarah/BP did and then that probably led to them getting closer and led to them having the secret task together etc…?…in her mind, she can maybe see ‘besties’ forming which is what she wants to be with Sarah…?…
