Almost all the punishments for rule-breakers have been different so far, so Chanelle simply didn't get the same punsihment as Charley and Nicky. And yes, Charley and Nicky have discussed them but they've been brought up on the matter more than once, Chanelle has discussed them many times other weeks and this is her first punishment. It's more than fair in my opinion, it's only unfair that lots of other housemates still there who also discussed nominations have not yet been punished at all.

Disproves any fix of keeping Charley in so far this week though, as she definitely would have nominated Charley. :)

The thing to consider here is, who has not talked about nominations, other than Sam and Amanda? No one. So far, who has been the most harshly punished? Nicky, they played back her conversations constantly, and thats why people dont trust her now and keep nominating her. Ziggy and Chanelle, have done it numerous times, and they havent been punished for it yet. Its their turn. Charley and Nicky have been puished twice already. Chanelle probably loves this punishement anyways, she only wants to nominate charley, and she doesnt have to nominate anyone else. I am sure she is extatic. There is no conspiracy there, if there was, they would have taken both her nominations away.
