…I think the ‘right’ is that he made a choice for all of the right reasons, it was all very reasoned without over thinking himself to heck…

In the same situation Martha wouldn't have been my choice.
It was his choice only to make however.
So yes, right in his eyes, whether its right overall is another matter.

I don’t think there was a right decision for who to choose but his reasoning was what I put into question, he could have just said “I don’t get on with you as well as others” but instead he banged on about being fair when it clearly wasn’t a fair decision because he had already eliminated those nominated last week as candidates and he was never going to pick any of his “bros” but he didn’t wanna look like the bad guy (as usual) so he tried to play it off as “being fair” or unbiased instead of just owning it.
