Exactly.

I think the issue Khaled has he is puts logic and reason ahead of emotion. He tries to get on with everyone because it's less effort than disliking everyone. Some don't like that because it can come across as calculated - like the party scene which triggered the accusation. He rationally saw it as a bad thing the house was split, and didn't feel good about it, but perhaps the emotional weight wasn't there?

Reading back, I'm not even sure if that makes sense to anyone else!
