I was neutral in the beginning. Then I didn't like him.

Now I don't mind him.

I liked him for standing up for himself but now he has settled once back into obscurity and is again back in cruise mode.

Liked him ,then found him a bit weak in the Prime minister task . And he definitely was like a follower giggling behind Emma & Nathan.

I like him more as time goes on. I normally don't like his type. I think he's naturally competitive like some others in there and that will test others as time goes on and create some drama.

He's just not the best gameplayer with how he's handled himself so far

I think he is just a nice guy, wrongly targeted and was treated really badly.

Him being targeted by Ali engendered sympathy from me for a time, but generally speaking I find him to be uninteresting and maybe even a little annoying at times, what with his terrible grammar and malapropisms. That wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't so arrogant and didn't talk in such a faux-empathetic manner that priotiritises all those obligatory buzz words. Also I thought he suited the John Major look.

I wouldn't miss him if he wasn't there.
Something I can't quite work out as to him really.

He’s like slightly less boring deadwood

But now that he’s not head of house, he’ll fade into the background again

Still find him to be false and can’t warm to him

Likewise, I feel like he’s trying very carefully to manufacture an image of himself and it comes across as completely fake

Listening to him tonight on live feed was painful. I was trying to transcribe what he was saying but he can't keep a steady pace. He often just reiterates the same thing over and over with no pauses, but then inserts inner dialogue every other thought.

My God. :omgno: Why would you willingly put yourself through such torture? It's giving masochism. :hehe:

Ever since launch night, his style of speaking has grated on me. Of all the HMs I've actually heard speak at length (so not counting Segun or Thomas), he is easily the least articulate imo.

He was very active on the life feed with the boys last night. He also was getting tickled by Hanah and fooling around boxing so I wonder what will be seen tonight of him if any.

Sounds like he may have been talking about his ordeal with Ali, after Ali shouted at Marcello possibly and comparing run ins with her. That being said no idea what Marcello might have said to start things given some of his dodgy comments.

I think he's a nice guy who handled Ali's vendetta against him like a gentleman. I also like how he stands up for himself.

He has to as Izaaz ran in the opposite direction he didn't have his bro's back.

Maybe this is very obvious but I found that intriguing - he seems to be able to smoothly adjust the way he talks depending who he speaks to which might be another reason people can't get a handle on him.

For example, when we see him in discussions with the likes of Ali, Dean, Emma and Nathan I'd say there's less inner dialogue or back and forth. When he was talking about his youth, and how he had to manage his aggressive and emotion responses to Emma on Friday night he was clear, distinct and easy to transcribe. Yet, as you say, last night, when in the bedroom, it was more a stream of conciousness. I think partly because of who he was with, and partly because his emotions were taking over more.

I still like him for the way he handled the Ali situation and his coolness with the HoH role. But Izaaz could be his inadvertent downfall.

I think Izaaz could be jealous of him - he had the backing of the bro's in that task mainly where as he got the girls backing. That must have been a blow to his ego.
