When I've been a judge in the past, I always have a split screen so I can listen to the song and then I have another video of someone doing the actual dance and then I can see how the song fits.

Haven't got time to that today so just going to have to go off gut feel

Ahh that’s a good idea. I guess some of the dances can be slowed/sped up to fit a tempo but you can visualise if the moves would work given the tempo of the song.

Yeah, it wasn't really tapping into anything for me. I sort of just went with what I liked rather than what I knew would "certainly" win because sometimes I like being unpredictable. :laugh: So I regret nothing because I liked the option I chose.

I did learn that Tejano/Spanish music matches up very well with a Quickstep... if only I could find something Spanish-language... :love:
