…thoughts about the nomination chat punishments this year…?…do you think they’re adding to the show and are the best way…it’s feeling to me quite I’m a Celebrity-ish where food and food lacking is one of the main focuses and I hate when BB also do disgusting food tasting tasks so I’m really not sure with this punishment vein either…and just feels very uninventive…anyway, thoughts…?…

…love/hate the food punishments…?…

It's better than jail or chaining them to the stairs for a couple of hours. Food is a big thing in there so I guess it makes the HMs more irritable which makes storys.

Can you imagine what that bedroom smells like after a couple of days of only eating porridge? That's evil

I like them. I'm glad they seem to have moved on from the ****ing stupid jail punishments

I think it's great, they still get to eat but they might think about their actions a bit more carefully.

I just feel for the none rule breakers having to endure it through no fault of their own.

It will effect the guys more I think than the girls. The jail type scenarios just give people airtime so in a way is rewarding. I would rather see individuals punished then the whole house it would be more fair.

Not being able to nominate should be next or automatically face eviction if it is a repeated rule breaker.

They should do a 3/4 strike system.
1= Warning
2= Unable to nominate
3= Added to next eviction
4= Evicted via back door

I agree with this.

I don't necessarily agree it will effect the boys more though

Whole house punishments are better than individual which just gives the rule breaker more air time.

…yeah those all seem like a good system, GlitterUK…also, it would give a system that showed consistency and fairness to all housemates in all seasons…with the food punishments that they’re doing now…?..I also think they could maybe just have those for the rule breakers so that those who didn’t discuss nominations were able to eat from the store cupboard and supplies and the rule breakers ate their porridge all day long…:laugh:…which might create similar to a ‘rich/poor’ divide, type thing…

It is tough because in a way the rule breaks do make good entertainment. Maybe rule breaks mean they loose housemate status and go back to the storeroom and have to compete to become a full housemate again.

…oh that’s something that would really make them think about their conversations more….having to compete for their place in the house again…mind you, would they all be in the storeroom and none or few left in the house…:laugh:..

Still can be shown though a few nights on them camp beds will sort them out.

It makes a change from the repetitive jail punishment from last year.

Hardly a good punishment.

You can make lots of food with porridge oats. They are complex carbs too

Should be something like this. They haven't shown any remorse in most cases and some of them even using those conversations to promote their gameplan, imo.
