I'm kinda confused over whether BB put him up to it as well. Why didn't they show him hide the chicken at the time and how did BB not realise he kept it if they knew Sarah kept some sugar :suspect:

You mean the same reason Izaaz was vilified for last week? After they made him stay awake all night then made him do the next task too when they could have helped him out.

I think what happened was at the start of the episode they were talking about cooking two chickens so put two in; one top and one bottom (Sarah wasn’t there). Then when it was cooking they got punished and BB said to Sarah to get the chicken out the oven. So she turned the oven off opened it and took the chicken from the top, not realising there was a second one at the bottom.

Later in evening Marcello went to cook flapjack k and saw the chicken still in the oven.

The only reason I clocked the two chickens at the start is because I knew the argument was about chicken. I don’t even think BB realised there was two as they said the chicken. And they even pulled Sarah up about the sugar but not the chicken.

Marcello told Lily that the chicken had only been in the oven half an hour. Then ate some. :yuk: Dat manchild gonna get ill init. Numpty. :) He was pissed off but I honestly don't know how he thought he could get away with it, but he believed so. Sarah neither with the sugar. More consequences...

I didn't view it as particularly derogatory. He could have handled the situation better though, but then again, so could Sarah.

The chicken was obviously cooked, he said that to get it back in the oven, Lily was displaying it all over the counter, his plan was that people would eat it from the oven, obviously not a great one but I think hunger was blinding common sense, gobbling the chicken when Isaaz was taking it to the storeroom was hilarious

I man feels contented and at ease after a good old ham shank, thus slowing the heart rate, which in turns makes a person burn less calories, so if anything it's actually saving him energy in the long run.

I said yes ,but I actually found them both like a hilarious comedy duo going back and forth :joker::hehe:, the whole " There's a chicken in the oven " shouting at the top of her lungs,as Marcello is telling her to stop blabbing about it lol.

Marcello & Sarah definitely have a special friendship & bond , the fact Sarah will sit down calmly and discuss and air it out,and Marcello will realise maybe he was a little cranky and being unreasonable.

And they can hug it out and move on ,is actually wholesome and nice . I think they're both 2 of the most genuine in there.

When I heard about Chicken gate ,I expected Marcello's behaviour to be worse ,but I just couldn't help but find the whole chicken mess pure entertainment lmao . I hope he's safe Friday. I still think he's a big softie .

There was nothing malicious in any of it ,Marcello was hungry and he was trying and failing .. to secretly feed the housemates chicken. He should have realised he would never get away with it .

But I found it funny how he took bits of the chicken to eat , like he thought oh well " screw it " kind of style lol.

When you think about it Sarah tried to help the housemates with the sugar in porridge situation, so both Marcello & Sarah were told off by BB for trying to make food nicer lol.
