Oggy raiding is apple pinching, climbing into peoples gardens and filling a bag with fruit.

We called them, plundering and knock door run...also used to do the grand national, which was running from garden to garden leaping the hedges invetween, but I've done that as an adult as well sonit dont count.

I used to strategically place all my toy soldiers all the way up the stairs, with my favourite one hidden away in the tightest nook and cranny, then sit at the top of the stairs rolling my marbles down to kill them all. Took me hours sometimes.

What it was, was tying a bit of string round a door handle, and then attach the other end to a milk bottle on the doorstep. Rap the door and run away and hide to watch. When the door opened, and the bottle smashed you then shouted, "BUGGER THE CAT" before running off.....stringless.
