I really didn’t like that from him. He’s literally asking to be evicted. Everyone else is throwing themselves into the experience and he’s just moaning and telling BB he hates it. :nono:

I don't mind his more negative attitude.
At least it has him doing and saying something.

I’ve been feeling sorry for him and giving him the benefit of the doubt, but his attitude in the diary room did it for me. He has sealed his fate, and in my view, doesn’t deserve the opportunity to be there if he’s choosing to be so negative.

I think BB was trying to give him the gentle hint that the idea is that the housemates bring the entertainment, yet it was lost on him.

Bye bye, Thomas. At least that means more interesting, involved and entertaining housemates might stay in the house as a consequence.

We British love a moaning, grumpy, complaining character. Complaining and moaning is very British. That's why Alf Garnett, Victor Meldrew and Jim Royle are still loved, remembered and talked about to this day. And are some of British TV's most iconic characters ever.

It's only you Americanised traitors that dislike the moaning and complaining.

Aye we do, but his isn’t fun/humorous unfortunately.

Look, I don't mind someone that kicks back against the status quo but to sit there and complain about it being boring when you are the most boring thing in there is a bad look.

He needs to get a grip and realise that HE is meant to be the entertainment. The house isn't there to entertain him, he is there to entertain us.

And so far he has done a piss poor job of it.

He weren't doing it in an attempt to be funny like those people that you've mentioned.

What you missed is why he is bored
Being made to sit around on the sofa for hours on end while they do nominations
Be locked in the bedroom why they set up the tasks and decorate the house
It’s winter time so it’s mainly cold and dark

People forget that the poor ****er has a deformed arm with no hand only one good leg
And you got others feeling sorry for themselves

I actually think it's good that Thomas isn't having most people excuse his attitude in this instance down to his disability.

He is being treated like everyone else, something that Strictly needs to learn.

At least it has him doing and saying something.

I think he'll appreciate being safe from eviction,so maybe he'll perk up .

It's funny how BB told him he should entertain himself amongst his fellow housemates:laugh:. And he's like
" nah already done it " . I will say though .. there must be long hours where there's nothing to do in the BB house.

You can tell when there's a task or secret mission it brightens up the mood,as it makes the time pass quickly...and gives them something to do.

what i find unnerving is when hm's go into the diary room artificially happy and excited. The real world just isn't like that

This is how it should be ....

The only thing I'll say is how are BB supposed to tell which Housemates will be entertaining?

It's a roll of the dice, and unfortunately with the disability casting in Thomas, it just hasn't worked out imo.
