Never tried goose but bloody love duck..I often order only duck from the Chinese :laugh:

Never had goose
Bought my son ostrich burgers last week as they are a healthier alternative to beef and he said they were really nice, he said they tasted pretty much the same as beef

I’ve never had goose but duck is my favourite meat but only really eat it if I’m out in a restaurant that does a nice breast.
