I don't know how someone can feel so sorry for themselves, and be such a depressing Debbie downer and still be popular. It's baffling :bored: .

She's constantly talking about other people's game plans ,and bitching behind people's backs . How is this entertaining?.

Everything is always violins & wow is me with her , both her and Nathan are incredibly unpleasant and disingenuous.

I like Ali hope she wins however i don't believe she has BB won, anything can happen, Marcello, Hanah and maybe even Emma could still do it.

I think it’ll be a lot bigger than last years. Last year even the odds for 4 out of 5 were a lot closer.

Anything can happen.
No one has it in the bag.

Since these votes are ongoing then whatever votes she's had up to now.
Continue onwards so will help her to possibly win.
Depending on how far and if she is ahead.

I’d like to say yes but I think no. I don’t think it’s going to be so clear cut. A lot will also depend on the highlights this week - I imagine she didn’t come across well to a lot of people on tonight’s ep. I hope she does win though!

Yeah I would say she’s got it sown up. I started another thread last week saying how well she played the game. She said herself last night that it’s a game and you play a character. The character she has built has been absolutely bulletproof. All will fall to the Red Witch.

Yinrun didn't have the full force of the LGBT voting for her though. This is the major difference. And this is why she'll go down as one of the most predictable winners ever.

It doesn't matter that she's the most self centred HM in recent years, or that she's basically just miserable, two faced, and actually quite hateful. She ticks all the right boxes, it's that simple. Like i said a while back, was watching L&L and someone on a the panel (no idea which "celeb" it was) said she "didn't really like Ali that much, but she's a lesbian so she has to support her". That's Ali's win in a nutshell. It's ridiculous, but in no way shocking.

There was that Harriet woman who was a regular on the panel for the week, she said she has to support Ali as a fellow Lesbian or something. And she was forever making excuses for her.

This is definitely a risk. I think what complicates it is she’ll most likely be up against Marcello at the end, and lots of people also would vote for anyone to stop him winning. 2 divisive characters up against each other. It’ll depend on what the votes were looking like beforehand, combined with which of them has more haters.

I don’t think this is true really. Like I’m queer but I’ve voted all the other LGBT housemates out (well, I’ve *tried* to vote Nathan out…to no avail). Whilst we’ll feel some alignment to the LGBT housemates, most of us aren’t going to back them solely for that reason. I also would’ve voted Khaled for the win over Ali if he was still in. I really enjoy Ali as a person, that’s why I want her to win. Her being a lesbian is just a nice bonus. Plus, I’m not sure how much sway the LGBT community would have over voting even if it was the case that we unquestioningly supported our own - we’re a relatively small minority.

This is a great post. But they won’t care. I’ve seen this theory peddled out many many times in regards to Ali”s support and it’s off the back of a couple of isolated incidents of someone saying they feel obliged to vote because Ali is a fellow lesbian.

It’s a tactic used to undermine her support while simultaneously throwing an insult to LGBT people as if we’re mindless ants without independent thought. Not only is it insulting but it’s also baseless and has been discredited by the evictions of Dean, Martha and Daze.

If we’ have to adopt the idea that all LGBT people voting Ali are doing so because she’s a lesbian and nothing more, then we also have to adopt the idea that any straight person who voted to evict her previously did so because they’re a homophobe, and that highlights how truly flawed and insulting the theory is.

ITV have edited out a lot of fun moments from Ali that viewers have seen on Live Feed - she's been making her and Segun play The Sims for the last couple of days which personally I think is hilarious and shows her sense of humour, but nothing. There have been times where she's having loads of fun of LF but it doesn't make it into the Highlights. Pair this with the obvious anti-Ali rhetoric from the should-be-non-bias AJ on L&L, it's clear ITV do not want Ali to win. They want Marcello to.

Anyone anti producer manipulation should absolutely be doing what they can to prevent a Marcello win. Otherwise welcome to your Big Brother moving forward.

Yeah, on the livestreams recently Ali has often been having a lot of fun and joking around, dancing and being silly. The last few days ehr and Segun have had this game where they suddenly start pretending to be Sims walking around the house But do they show any of this on the main show? No. They just seem to want to portray her as super serious all the time.

It’s frustrating bc I watch BB to actually see real people living together, I don’t want to see people being turned into characters by the editing.

Edit: just saw someone else has said the same
