I don’t know the exact term/word for it but either way, Segun’s ‘tongue-pops-out’ mannerism is something a lot of young men in-particular do. What do you make of it?

I wouldn’t ascribe nerves to it. It’s not a bad thing at all. But he does it a lot so it’s noticeable, for better or worse.
