Absolutely over the moon.
Thrilled totally.
…I would have loved Hanah to win but I also knew that she wouldn’t …I’m very happy for Ali…….
Ali is a great winner
She did the show for the right reasons ( to help her sister out financially ) - whilst the vast majority of the others were in there to raise their online profiles and maybe make some money on after show deals/contracts

****ing delighted. I don’t think my favourite has won a reality show of any kind (in the UK since Cirie won The Traitors USA) since Isabelle so it’s been a long time coming.

Gonna feel justified in being a moaning cow now. Being a white girl is nice
Bit of both
She would’ve been my 3rd choice to win so not terrible but meh

Good triumphs over evil once again. Not since Lord Aaron have I felt so happy with a BB Winner!

Ali absolutely needs some sort of chat show or something
My winner wasn't in the 6, ie Sarah.
I liked Marcello well enough but only because he's been a character in his own skin... his win would've been awkward though because I don't think anyone "wanted" a Marcello win :spin: ... he's just the one of the people still there who really kicked off in a proper way that wasn't riding the fence or some tactical game play...I feel like a lot of the HMs were afraid to say what they actually felt and everything that was said and done was overwrought. It made things interesting, but then also tiresome, because I realized towards the end I didn't really end up liking most of the house because of this
I like enough of them on their own, but not as HMs, if that makes sense...

The most predictable result ever , more so than Jordan last year.
It was clear from the moment Lily got evicted, that Ali had won from then  .

Absolutely made up that Ali won and gave the metaphorical finger to the sexist narcissist Marcello... even AJ found it difficult not to call him a twat for some of his 'ph' comments and so on.... I was really an Emma fan but once she went I was all 5 for Ali

Soooo glad
i maintain that every hm was flawed and it was the combination of personalities that made the series entertaining

It seems Queen Ali has no flaws , only Segun & Marcello are the 'evil monsters ' :idc: . She's a saint apparently  .

She was a good housemate.
I view her kinda similar to Aaron, the opposite group that I supported (Team Anton for me) but I did like her at times and she was good value to the series and added another interesting dimension to the shows best housemate Marcello.

Its over …

She wasn't my preferred winner, but I'm not disappointed because I fully expected her to win since the near the beginning.
I expected her to win so no strong feelings
Congrats to people who supported Ali through this whole journey though :clap1:

Disappointed as I wanted a Hanah win at the end. Not as much of a landslide victory and she stayed the same Ali I seen through the show at the end. Hope the 90k makes her happy.

I was overjoyed when she won but then the vibe on L&L seemed very tense and bleak and that sort of ruined my mood… (Still happy she’s won but I don’t feel on a high note as I’d hoped)

It was just an awful L&L. It didn’t feel like a celebration/proper send off at all.

Too predictable but not the worst result

One of the worst BB winners ever. Like Jordan last time.
Both utterly tedious. But apparently the viewers love those type of winners.
I can't actually remember when or if I have ever agreed with who the chosen winner was.
Nothing can so about it.
Move on to I'm A Celeb, that's all. :p

Its just a reality tv show ,no one really cares who wins
There is going to be more in the future with more winners and runners up
Ali had the background story that people lap up
Coming out as a lesbian late
Having mental health issues that impact her life
The recent death of a brother by suicide
An out spoken out caste in big brother
The full on I want to leave the house melt down
The only one willing to offer support to the child of the house lily
And for the record I have absolutely no hate for Ali she was basically last years paul in terms of an unlikable housemate in my opinion
Who speaks of paul now ? No one
The days of housemates having long term fame and jobs in television died many years ago

It really was. L&L is never the best but that was atrocious. It was frustrating that all the producers seemed to want to do was stir up more drama. Like, the time has passed for that. Let people celebrate!
Roll on The traitors
Let's see how much we agree/disagree on that, maybe we'll find some common ground :hehe::hee:

Everything Marcello said about her in the argument about Lily was completely right. But of course he's seen as the big ' villain', whilst Ali firmly holds onto her victim card and gets sympathy :notimpressed:.
The fact she only pulled Marcello up on sex conversations, when other housemates do it as well...says it all really.
Sarah & Emma know full well they have the same sense of humour as him, and Hanah was always close to him aswell . Sarah had nothing but love for Marcello when he was being interviewed, she was so supportive of him . So I think it's clear he's not as bad as being made out.
Meh, her winning is paying for my Christmas. She'll be forgotten by this time next week.

I grow more and more pleased the more bitter posts and tweets I see about her win. Some people have a very unhealthy obsession with making her out to be the devil and it’s honestly just hilarious at this point.

And people calling Marcello a full on predator is acceptable? :umm2: . Anyone would think the guy flashed the entire house and chased them.

See now the shoe is on the other foot
It’s alright for you to call a housemate a scumbag but if anyone else dares to call a housemate that you become infatuated with they are the scum bags
You seriously need to get some help

Even if she wasn't evil, it's very challenging to pin point why she won.

Do you really think she got over 2.5 million votes because she has ADHD?
I wonder what people would say if someone suggested similar about race. I wonder if then they’d see how insulting it is to both the housemate and the viewers?

The difference is that Paul WAS a scumbag … fact
;)
It is interesting , even fascinating to note that I get personal insults after I make ONE single , negative comment towards a repulsive housemate ( Paul) after I have posted hundreds of positive, complimentary ones defending Ali’s honour ..
Yet it is fine and dandy for the small number of Ali haters to post literally THOUSANDS of largely false/incorrect derogatory comments and insults towards Ali !!!
Double standards in the extreme given I have spent 6 weeks being positive and the Ali haters spent their time being hateful and toxic !!

People are entitled to critique Ali and her behaviour and they’re entitled to dislike the fact she won (even if often times the critique has been inflammatory and imbalanced) but to suggest she only won because she’s got ADHD, or because she’s a lesbian or because she wore a pro trans shirt is just insulting to everyone and makes you sound a bit pathetic.
