View Full Version : Why do they think we care about random celebs on Late and Live?

I would much rather have had the show focused on the ex housemates and even past civilian housemates from other series. Not random people I haven’t heard of :fist::fist: Sorry rant over

They really bored and annoyed me last night, especially the way they were trying to grill the housemates & kiss their arses at the same time.
The dragging of Segun was very silly, and what was the point in playing back the conversation of the core and the whole red witch thing. My god.... they've shoved the red witch thing down our throats so much this series. Danny is there getting his pants in a twist ...as if to say 'how dare a man call a woman a witch' , he didn't have that same energy when Dean called Emma & Sarah names in his bitter L & L eviction ... interesting.
It seemed they just wanted to yet again cause more awkwardness & drama for the sake of it , as if the Hanah and Segun mess wasn't enough.
last nights show had such potential, completely wasted
Presumably the Red Witch ‘thing’ was seen a big deal or talking point in the series ?
It looked like they wanted them all to realise how cruel it was to Ali .
It’s quite possibly one of the things that got the public behind Ali as they saw the others ganging up on her and making cruel comments.
Didn’t they show Segun saying a few distasteful things and he tried to make light of the evidence and failed.
Ali herself said she found the whole thing extremely upsetting but had to make the best of things .
She said she had the choice of letting it either overwhelm her or to run with it and make the best of things ( even though she repeatedly said felt isolated as the others wanted her out )
Just my take on what I saw last night - she was clearly upset about the whole thing and it wasn’t nice to see being a huge fan of Ali

Yes the red witch thing upset her so much ,hence her milking it for the duration of the show:joker::crazy: . She knew she could clout chase it with all her power for everything it's worth ....as without it she's a big dullard.
I guarantee she'll be printing off t-shirts with the slogan,or setting up her own Podcast named ' red witch hour' . As she gets guests on there fawning over how "brilliant" and " strong " she is :idc: .

She wanted others out to proetct her own friends. Why is it a case that Ali gets away with stuff that others get hauled over the coals for?

Even the vault situation reeked of hypocrisy and double standards, Segun got grief . When if Nathan or Ali had the golden card ,they would have also protected their friends .

I would say that I did understand Ali's point of view on that one - I'm doing it for your own good does sound a bit of a cop out. However, I can also see why Segun said what he did, not wanting to kick people when he's already putting them down.
