back in the days when I could vote (waaaay back when it was phone in Votes) I only voted if I really liked the person. I voted for Brian Dowling to win a few times. Not sure I'd have paid this series (not that I can vote anyway but ya know)

I would have probably paid, but just one vote.

I paid to vote in the channel 4 golden years
I couldn’t see myself consistently paying to vote in this series or the last one if it was a pay to vote

I voted to get Nicki Graham out... then they put her back in. Never got over the 50p I lost.

It’s good to see you have moved on :joker:
It’s awkward when you watch programs in delay as the voting window is quite often closed ( like last night) ..
I would have happily paid 50p to put a vote in to save Ali or vote out Marcello / Emma / Hannah or anyone else who was up with Ali

I remember back in BB7 I think it was ..a guy in the audience, on BBBM got annoyed when asked a question about the housemates. His response was " what does it matter , you'll only put them all back in again" , could tell he probably lost alot of money trying evict people :skull: LOL .
I never spent any money that series thankfully, but I could understand people's frustration. That house next door twist ...felt like BB was either running out of ideas ,or just going for any type of drama for the sake of it .
….hmmmm, no I don’t think so…I only voted for housemates a few times back in the pay day times…

I lost a fiver getting Nikki out, always said I would never vote again but gave in with Aaron, votes were cheap and the edit pissed me off too much to not vote
With the amount of manipulation?... no...
With the amount of manipulation?... no...
…that’s a big thing as well, isn’t it…back in the pay days, we also had 24 hour livefeed so we had a more accurate view of the house …which isn’t there in the same way now…

Yeah, I'm not bitter. But I am trying to live up to my cultural stereotype.

You're so forgiving. The only thing I vote for now is Strictly, online with my three free votes.
i don't think i would pay these days, but you never really know as it tends to draw you in

Keep up the good work
I quite liked the pay voting because it added a bit more unpredictability to it. The hardcore fans had more ability to influence the vote if they were prepared to do so which meant you had some fun campaigns going. Particularly in BB12 when the votes were dirt cheap - I can't remember how long C5 kept that up for
