If you're too young to be on it, you're too young to diet.

There is a difference between eating healthy, and being on a diet. All I can recommend is for you to cut down on sweets, white bread, any salty products.

If you're going to have pasta, try for wholewheat pasta, and eat lots of brown bread and vegetables. You don't need nor is it healthy to have a "diet plan"

If you wanna go on Gillian's diet eat birdseeds and be unhappy with life.

Alternatively, eat healthily with wholewheat pastas, vegetables - and have a lot of food, but be healthy, full of energy etc. Also, you could join a dance class or something which will be social and also healthy.

Are you sure this isn't a wind up? I don't know anyone who would want to be on such a stupid diet and programme...
