Cream or custard
Thick cream would be number 1 and then ambrosia custard but I am a slave to both

Like them all, but cream is the best.
Not a massive fan of Ice-cream, my teeth are a bit too sensitive to the cold these days. I have it the odd time, I don't mind it on a warmed up brownie,
I probably prefer cream, but it has to be a thick cream, no runny sh!t. Apple stroodle with cream is amazing.
If it's a sponge pudding like roly-poly, sticky toffee or spotted dick, then I'll go custard.

Yes LT.
Tip Top
…if/when I have a dessert…I would usually have ice cream scoops as the choice of dessert so I’ll have to say that ….

I think I am in the vast MINORITY of much preferring whipped ice cream to the traditional hard, scooped stuff !!!
I am lactose intolerant though and find the tradition stuff far too sickly tasting
