I still have presents to wrap, I only got paid today so it was a last minute pressie buying morning and I've waited until Karl and his mum went to bed before I start wrapping up. I'm not a fan of wrapping lol. The sellotape always defeats me :laugh: someone invent a better way for the love of God!

Yeah it's tedious isn't it? Don't worry about me though, I just laugh at it at this point and point out how truly sad and desperate it all has become.

I've really tried with Glenn to be decent, despite how he tries to.paint me, but even the most patient of people will rebel sometimes amd answer back. I was quite mild in my response.

I just can't win.

I want to see some good in him, and there is, deep down. I see traces of the Glenn I used to like a lot. But he can't let go.of his dislike. Shame. He's nice to other people but I'm the bee in his bonnet. It's not my fault. I've tried reaching out to.him in the past more than once but I get stonewalled. It's a waste of time.

Anyway I'm perfectly fine, I've had such a lovely Christmas, and a much better year. I'm as happy as possible.

…poor you, I feel for you…back nerve pain is very disabling and painful and difficult to find any relief from…have you tried alternative therapies like acupuncture…?…I’m thinking that you probably have tried many things if it’s something you’ve suffered from for a long time…

Yeah .. tried everything over the years

The pain is a result of years of landscape gardening when I was younger

Some nights are just better/ worse than others and there’s no rhyme nor reason

The only thing that works is to take a cocodomol plus ibuprofen cocktail and apply two ice packs .. whilst watching TV sat up downstairs

After a short while all the pain alleviates and I’m able to go back to bed and get a few hours sleep
