Breakfast. Bacon and coffee.
Lunchtime. A roast dinner with a pudding. Orange juice.
Teatime. Some trifle and snacks. A glass of alcohol free wine.
Evening. Chocolates and the rest of the wine.

Breakfast was coffee and a slice of toast and marmalade
Lunch is a sausage and fried egg sandwich with tea
Tea is Steak pie, potatoes carrots and peas

Going to have scrambled eggs and toast for lunch, roast for duck for dinner. No drink today (alcohol that is)

Going to have greek yoghurt with blue berries for lunch
Omelette and chicken for dinner I think and some salad

Sadly flying back to the mainland and back to reality after completing the Northumberland-Isle of Man Granny tour. That will require a few drinks this evening to mark the end of it before the real health kick starts
