It's absolutely blanketed here now. Can't see the car lol. We have enough supplies food wise for today but not beyond that so gonna have to see how it goes.

Woke up to about covering in South Manchester but now it's turning to freezing rain. Gonna be treacherous out there. We still have lots of water from the floods so this will make it worse

I read reports that its around 4 inches of snow in Wigan. A covering in Liverpool so that is good as we don't want the game off

We flew home last night and finally landed in Bristol airport at 3.40am after delays. We got lucky tbf. We were watching some flights on the tracker get cancelled or ones already in air get rerouted to Luton, Birmingham, East Midlands and Newcastle (which is nuts as so far away from Bristol).

We woke to about 4” of snow …

Sadly the council didn’t think to grit the local roads .. not even the main road through the town

Loads of bumps already - hope someone loses their jobs over this incompetence

Just one one example where a bus/coach collidee with a white van and they both ended up on the pavement - no news on injuries as yethttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20250105/7fe65389175afd30a748cbe7cee283e3.jpg

In Berkshire last night it started to snow but soon turned to rain
A lot of rain has fallen and it’s causing floods but thankfully no snow

1875570212508188838Tbf, that was the road I had drive home on, she's standing in front of a very small section of it, it was actually really bad further along. We were at a stand still for an hour on one section of it because cars had slid and were blocking the road
